摘要:

以乙二胺、二碳酸二叔丁酯和苝四羧酸二酐等为原料,经多步反应合成了一种苝二酰亚胺类化合物PDI(DSBDP)2。通过一系列的性能测试和表征,探究该化合物的光物理化学性质,并初探了化合物结构对探针分子的选择性的影响。性能测试结果表明,化合物PDI(DSBDP)2不具备优良探针的性质,这可能与化合物分子结构空间位阻较大有关,本研究结果为将来小分子荧光探针合成研究提供启发性帮助。

Abstract:

PDI(DSBDP)2 is synthesized through several steps by using ethylenediamine,di-tertbutyl diacarbonate,PTCDA and et al for raw materials.The photophysical and chemical properties of the compound are studied through a series of function tests and characteristics.The influence of compound construction on the selectivity of probe molecule is also preliminarily discussed.The function tests demonstrate that PDI(DSBDP)2 is not an excellent fluorescent probe,which is probably related to the compound molecular steric hindrance.This sudy is helpful to the research on small molecular flourescent probe.
