以河北小五台山国家级自然保护区内分布的雌雄异株植物青杨(Populus cathayana)的雌雄叶片凋落物为研究对象,采用3种不同孔径(0.1 mm、1.0 mm和4.6 mm)分解袋开展了为期1年的分解实验,分析了不同孔径分解袋中雌雄叶片的碳(C)、氮(N)、磷(P)、木质素和纤维素之间的相关性,探讨青杨雌雄叶凋落物主要化学成分间相关性的差异。结果显示:0.1 mm孔径分解袋中青杨雌株叶凋落物的N与纤维素呈显著负相关,而雄株的N与纤维素呈极显著负相关;1.0 mm孔径分解袋中青杨雄株叶凋落物的N与C、N与木质素、C与木质素呈极显著正相关,N与纤维素、木质素与纤维素呈极显著负相关,而在雌株中仅木质素和纤维素呈极显著负相关;4.6 mm孔径分解袋中青杨雄株叶凋落物中N与C、N与P、N与木质素呈极显著正相关,木质素与纤维素呈极显著负相关,而在雌株中N与木质素呈极显著正相关,C与P呈显著正相关,木质素与纤维素呈极显著负相关。此外,冗余分析显示,青杨雌雄叶凋落物的C、N、P、纤维素和木质素之间存在相关性且在相关权重上存在差异。

Abstract:

To explore the correlations among chemical components of leaf litter of female and malePopulus cathayana trees,a one-year decomposition experiment about the female and maleP. cathayana leaf litter with mesh bags (0.1 mm,1 mm,4.6 mm) has been carried out in the National Nature Reserve of Xiaowutai mountain.Then,the correlations of carbon (C),nitrogen (N),phosphorus (P),lignin and cellulose between female and male P. cathayana trees are analyzed.The results show that:a) In 0.1 mm mesh decomposition bag,there is a significant negative correlation between N and cellulose in females and a highly significant negative correlation between N and cellulose in males.b) In 1.0 mm mesh decomposition bag,there is a significant positive correlation between N and C,N and lignin,C and lignin,and a significant negative correlation between N and cellulose,lignin and cellulose in males.However,there is a negative correlation between lignin and cellulose in females.c) In 4.6 mm mesh decomposition bag,there is a significant positive correlation between N and C,N and P,N and lignin,and a negative correlation between lignin and cellulose in males.By contrast,there is a significant positive correlation between N and lignin but a negative correlation between C and P,lignin and cellulose in females.In addition,redundancy analysis shows that correlations exist among C,N,P,cellulose and lignin in the litter of female and male P. cathayana leaves,and the weight coefficients are different.
