摘要:

大熊猫(Ailuropoda melanoleuca)是中国的特有濒危物种,生境选择历来是其生态学研究的重要内容。本研究于2012年5—11月以四川栗子坪国家级自然保护区内的皆伐林迹地为研究区域,就大熊猫的微生境选择策略进行了研究。结果显示,大熊猫微生境样方中距水源距离、灌木高度、竹子盖度、一年生竹高度和基径以及多年生竹高度和基径等7个变量显著大于对照样方。相关性分析表明,一年生和多年生竹的高度和基径等4个变量间均具有显著的相关性。进一步的逻辑斯蒂回归分析结果显示,灌木高度和距水源距离对区分生境样方和对照样方具有显著的贡献,表明大熊猫在皆伐林中主要选择竹子长势良好和干扰较小的生境,建议日常的监测巡护中应重视竹子长势良好和干扰小的区域。本研究结果表明,皆伐林可恢复成大熊猫所利用的重要栖息地,为大熊猫栖息地的管理以及圈养大熊猫放归提供重要依据。

Abstract:

Giant panda (Ailuropoda melanoleuca) is an endemic and endangered species in China.Habitat selection is always an important content in its ecology research.From May to November in 2012,a field survey had been conducted in Liziping National Nature Reserve to explore the microhabitat selecting strategy of giant pandas in clearcut logging area.The results indicate that seven variables in microhabitat plots are significantly larger than that of control ones,including the distance from water source,shrub height,bamboo coverage,annual bamboo height and its base diameter,perennial bamboo height and its base diameter and so on.Significantly positive correlation is found among the height and base diameter of annual and perennial bamboo.Moreover,the Logistic regression analysis has shown that shrub height and the distance from water source contribute to distinguishing microhabitat plots from control ones.It suggestes that giant pandas prefer the habitat of wellgrowing bamboo and less interference.Therefore,more attention should be paid to these areas in daily patrolling and monitoring.The findings reveal that clearcut logging forest can be recovered as an important habitat for giant pandas.It also provides valuable guidelines for giant pandas’ habitat management and the releasing of captive individuals.
