摘要:
从南充市炼油厂附近被石油污染获取的土壤作为研究材料,筛选分离获得一株能降解中长链烷烃降解菌TWJ22,通过16S rDNA系统发育分析,确定该菌株为Serratia proteamaculans。对TWJ22的解烃特性进行了研究,该菌在温度30℃、转速为180 rpm的条件下培养4 d后,对C14以下的正构烷烃几乎不降解,而对C16以上的正构烷烃有良好的降解作用,其中对C22的降解率可达70%。研究成果对修复石油污染提供了一定依据。
Abstract:
In the research,a strain of long chain alkane degrading bacteria TWJ22 is screened out of petroleumcontaminated soils near Nanchong Oil Refinery.Through its 16S rDNA basic scequence detection and phylogenitic analysis,TWJ22 is identified as Serratia proteamaculans. In this paper, the characteristics of degrading alkanes of TWJ22 are studied. In hydrocarbon degradation medium at 30℃ and 180r/min for 4d,it hardly affects normal alkanes below C14 but works better for normal alkanes above C16.The degradation rate of C22 alkanes reaches 70%.The results of the study provide certain basis for the bioremediation of oil pollution.
