摘要:
为探明两种不同寄主对桔全爪螨生长发育的影响,在实验条件[(26 ± 1)℃,(70±5)% RH,10L∶14D]下研究测定了桔全爪螨在柑桔(脐橙)和花椒上的生长、繁殖、存活和生命表参数情况。结果表明,桔全爪螨在两种寄主植物上都能完成正常的生长发育,但二者间存在显著的差异。以脐橙叶为食的桔全爪螨和以花椒叶为食的桔全爪螨的每雌产卵量、净增殖力、内禀增长力、周限增长力大和种群加倍时间分别为40.33,11.76;1467,741;0185 7,0.129 0;1.204 1,1.137 8;3.73,5.37。以脐橙叶为食的桔全爪螨表现明显的生存优势,说明柑桔是桔全爪螨最为适宜的寄主。
Abstract:
For the purpose of investigating the impact of two different host plants on the growth and development of citrus red mite,the development,reproduction and life table parameters of Panonychus citri (McGregor) are measured and analyzed at 26±1℃,70%±5% RH and a photoperiod of 10∶14 (L∶D) in the laboratory.The results show that the citrus red mite can grow and develop normally both on citrus and zanthoxylum.But,there are significant differences between the two host plants.The egg production per mite,value of R0,rm,λ and t of the mite living on citrus and zanthoxylum leaves are 40.33,14.67,0.1857,1.2041,3.73 and 11.76,7.41,0.1290,1.1378 and 5.37,respectively.The strong growth advantages of the mite living on citrus leaves indicate that citrus is the best host for P.Ctri.
