摘要:
报道了四种咪唑鎓环番的合成及其结构表征。采用荧光光谱法研究了环番主体对客体(核苷、核苷酸)的选择性识别。结果表明:空腔较大的四咪唑鎓环番5、7对核苷、核苷酸的识别性好,空腔较小的双咪唑鎓环番对I-有很高的识别活性。核磁滴定实验研究发现5与GTP、D核糖的识别作用的主要部位可能来自GTP分子中糖单元结构。
Abstract:
This paper talks about the synthesis and structural characterization of four kinds of imidazolium compounds.The method of fluorescent spectra is adopted to study the selective recognition of Cyclophane for guest molecule (nucleoside,nucleotide).The results show that the tetra imidazolium 5,7 have a good recognition of nucleoside and nucleotide whereas bisimidazolium is better at recognizing I- ion. Through 1HNMR titration study of cyclophane 5 with GTP and Dribose,it is found that the hostguest recognition site is possibly based on the sugar unit of GTP.
