摘要:
采用佛波酯(PMA)致小鼠耳廓肿胀模型,以丙酮为空白组(阴性对照组),PMA为对照组(阳性对照组),考察了赶黄草的抗炎性能,研究发现不同浓度的赶黄草提取物对PMA致小鼠耳廓肿胀度均有不同程度的抑制作用,且抑制作用呈剂量依赖性,当赶黄草的浓度为10 mg/15 μL时,其抑制肿胀效果达到35.4 %;HE染色研究结果表明,赶黄草可有效抑制小鼠耳朵炎症;通过免疫组化法研究赶黄草对IL1β,IL6,TNFα的表达及活性的影响,研究赶黄草的抗炎机制。结果显示与PMA对照组比较,赶黄草提取物可显著抑制IL1β、IL6、TNFα等致炎因子的表达(P<0.05)。
Abstract:
To study the antiinflammatory activities and mechanism of Penthorum chinense Pursh,phorbol12myristate13acetate (PMA) induced mice ear edema model is adopted with Acetone as the blank group (negative control) and PMA as the control group (positive control).The results show that Penthorum chinense Pursh extractive of varying concentration could obviously reduce the swelling of mouse ear edema in a different degree and dosedependent way.The inhibitory rate reaches 35.4% when the concentration is 10 mg/15 L.The study on HE also reveals that Penthorum chinense can effectively inhibit mice ear inflammation.By analyzing the antiinflammatory mechanism of Penthorum chinense Pursh from its influence on the presentation and activity of IL1β,IL6 and TNFα through immunohistochemistry method,it is found that in comparison with the PMA Control group,Pursh Penthorum chinense Pursh can effectively inhibit the presentation of inflammatory agents like IL1β,IL6,TNFα,etc.
