摘要:
烷(芳)基重氮化合物不稳定,在实验室里难以分离提纯和保存,这些不利因素影响了其应用研究。近年来,采用原位制备烷(芳)基重氮化合物方法拓展了其在有机合成中的应用。本文综述了原位制备的烷(芳)基重氮化合物与醛、酮和亚胺发生插入反应的研究进展。重点介绍了烷(芳)基重氮化合物与酮(非环状酮、单环状酮和桥环酮等)发生插入反应的一些研究进展。
Abstract:
The research on the application of Diazoalkanes and arylsubstituted diazomethane derivatives is greatly hindered by its instability that leads to the difficulty of its separation,purification and preservation in the laboratory.In recent years,its application in organic synthesis has been greatly expanded by the method of generating Diazo compounds in situ.This paper gives a summary of the research progress on the insertion reactions of alkyl or aryl diazo compounds formed in situ been added to ketones,aldehydes and imine.More emphasis is put on the research progress of insertion reactions coming from the addition of diazo compounds to acyclic ketones,cyclic ketones and bridged cyclic ketones.
