摘要:
以液体石蜡为唯一碳源和能源,从南充市炼油厂被石油污染的土壤中筛选到一株石油烃降解菌TY22.根据常见细菌系统鉴定、生理生化测验和16S rRNA测序分析,鉴定其为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis).该菌具有很强的石油烃降解能力.结果表明,TY22对烷烃的降解范围较宽,能以C6-C32烷烃为唯一碳源和能源生长.在含有1%(W/V)液体石蜡无机盐培养基中接入1%种子液,于30℃、180rpm摇瓶振荡培养40h,生物量可达到0.945.
Abstract:
Liquid paraffin was used as the sole carbon source and energy source to isolate and screen for bacteria degrading petroleum hydrocarbon from the petroleumcontaminated soil of Nanchong Oil Refinery. The strain TY22 was identified to Bacillus subtilis by morphology, physical and biochemical characteristics and 16S rRNA gene sequences based on phylogenetic analysis. It degraded nalkanes with chain length C6-C32.Vigorous growth occurred in medium with nalkane as the sole carbon source and energy source. The OD600 was 0.945 after the strain grew on salts medium with 1 % (W/V) of liquid paraffin at 30℃ and 180 rpm for 40 h.
