摘要:
调查于2012年秋季开始至2014年春季连续两年春、秋季共计四次对大相岭自然保护区内大熊猫活动密集区域的8个主要生境数据进行采集.秋季共采得33个样方,春季采得58个样方.Vanderploeg和Scavia选择指数分析表明,春秋两季大熊猫生境选择具有显著差异性:春季更活跃在海拔1 800 m以上,20°-30°的上坡位,乔木数、郁闭度较小的区域;而秋季大熊猫更偏好较低海拔,郁闭度、乔木数、竹子盖度较中等的区域.MannWhitney检验结果表明,泥巴山走廊带108国道两侧大熊猫在海拔、植被类型、坡度、坡位的选择存在显著差异,其余生境因子选择无显著差异.生境选择的差异意味着108国道两侧大熊猫生存环境存在差异,因此在走廊带建设和保护管理中应充分考虑108国道两侧大熊猫生境选择的差异性.
Abstract:
We investigated 8 habitat factors in the area with high densities of Giant Panda activity in Daxianglin Nature Reserve. From spring 2012 to autumn 2014, the investigations were carried out 4 times. Collecting samples in autumn were 33 and in spring were 58. The data was analyzed by Vanderploeg and Scavia. The analysis of selection index shows that Giant Pandas habitat choice has significant differences in different seasons.Giant Panda is fond of an altitude of 1 800 m or above,with more than 20 ° to 30 ° uphill,small number of trees and crown density.And autumn pandas prefer a lower altitude,with medium canopy density and number of trees. The result tested by MannWhitney U test shows that pandas living in Nibashan Corridor with 108 national highway on both sides in different seasons, have very significant differences about elevation, slope position,vegetation types and slope.The eating habit and seasonal communication of the Giant Panda along 108 national highway have significant differences. Therefore, the different habitat selection of the Giant Panda along 108 national highway should be fully considered in the corridor with construction.
