摘要:
基于玻璃钢成型、抽真空技术构建的一种制作泡沫机翼的新方案.选择普通泡沫加工成型并打磨使之光滑,勾兑适当比例的环氧树脂以及固化剂,以玻璃纤维为增强材料结合在涂有脱模剂的模具上,最后将机翼置于真空袋中分离气泡压缩成型.测试了机翼韧性和压缩强度,结果表明采用本方案制备的泡沫机翼弯曲强度和压缩强度大,明显优于传统的玻璃钢工艺和木质机翼.
Abstract:
A new method of making the foam aerial vehicle wing based on the fiberglass reinforced plastic molding and vacuum technology wsa designed. Common foam was cut and polished. Epoxy resin and curing agent were chose in proper proportion. The mould with release agent and glass fiber ware vacuumed to divide the air bubble of foam. The toughness and compression strength of the aerial vehicle wing were tested. The results showed that bending strength and compressive strength of foam aerial vehicle wing with fiberglass reinforced plastic were significantly better than conventional aerial vehicle wing.
