摘要:
利用常规石蜡制片技术,对巫山淫羊藿(Epimedium wushanense)的小孢子发生及雄配子体发育过程进行了观察.主要结果如下:(1)花药壁由五层细胞组成,从外向内分别为表皮、药室内壁、两层中层和绒毡层.绒毡层为变形型;(2)孢原细胞为多孢原起源.小孢子母细胞减数分裂过程中的胞质分裂为连续型,形成的四分孢子为四面体型;同一药室的小孢子母细胞减数分裂几乎完全同步;(3)成熟花粉粒为2细胞型;(4)在小孢子发育过程中出现了花粉收缩.该研究为判断巫山淫羊藿小孢子的发育时期提供依据,并为巫山淫羊藿生殖生物学提供理论基础.
Abstract:
A series of studies on microsporogenesis and the development of male gametophyte of Epimedium wushanensewere made by means of traditional paraffin wax sections. The main results indicate that the anther wall consistsof five layers which from outside to inside are epidermis,endothecium, two middle layers and amoeboid tapetum.Cytokinesis of microsporocyte meiotic division is of simultaneous type and the formed tetrads are tetrahedral.Meiotic division of microsporocyte develops almost synchronously in each microsporangium of the anther. The pollengrains are two-celled at the dispersal stage. In the course of microsporogenesis development, the pollen contractionoccurred. This research provides the basis for judging the microsporogenesis development period of E. wushanense,and the theoretical basis for the reproductive biology of E. wushanense.
