摘要:
作者以乙醇为溶剂,氧化物和碳酸盐为原料,分别采用溶胶-凝胶法(Sol-Gel)和固相法(Solid Phase)制备0.975(Bi0.5Na0.5)0.94Ba0.06TiO3-0.025LiBiO2(简称BNBT-0.025LB)的粉体和陶瓷.通过TR、TG-DSC、XRD、SEM等技术研究了Sol-Gel制备过程中的凝胶焙烧温度、焙烧粉体的粒度和Solid Phase制备陶瓷的焙烧温度和粒度.实验结果表明,Sol-Gel制备过程中乙酰丙酮(CA)与金属Ti4+物质的量之比[n(CA)/n(Ti4+)]及pH值是影响乙醇基溶胶形成的主要因素.用Sol-Gel法合成BNBT-0.025LB粉体,600℃及以上温度预烧即可获得单一钙钛矿结构.700℃合成的粉体晶粒细小、分散均匀.由该方法制备出来的压电陶瓷具有良好电学性能:d33=144 pC/N,K p=0.33,tanδ=0.04,Q m=75.99,εr=1405.6.
Abstract:
Using ethanol as the solvent,oxides and carbonates as raw materials, the powders and lead-free piezoelectricceramics of 0. 975( Bi0. 5Na0. 5)0. 94Ba0. 06TiO3-0. 025LiBiO2( abbreviated BNBT-0. 025LB) were prepared by solgeland solid phase method. The calcinations temperatures of gel and powders were analyzed by means of IR、TGDSC、XRD、SEM ,and the calcined temperature and particle size of solid phase were discussed. The results showthat both pH and the mole ratio of CA and the titanium ion metal content [n( CA) /n( Ti4 +) ]are the main factorsto form the ethanol precursor solution. The powders synthesized by sol-gel method could exhibit fine morphology anduniform granularity at 700℃,and it can form perovskite structure at 600℃. The piezoelectric ceramics made by thismethod show good electric properties: d33 = 144 pC /N,k p = 0. 33, tanδ = 0. 040,Qm = 75. 99,εr = 1405. 6.
