摘要:
本研究基于异速生长公式(Y=aXb)对大熊猫(Ailuropoda melanoleuca)、黑熊(Selenarctos thibetanus)、林麝(Moschus berezovskii)、黑线姬鼠(Apodemus agrarius)、大耳姬鼠(Apodemus latronum)和藏鼠兔(Ochotona thibetana)等6种动物头骨样本进行比较分析,以揭示导致哺乳动物头骨分化异同的潜在原因.单因素方差及多重比较分析结果表明,不同物种间在1至多个头骨变量存在显著差异.逐步判别分析结果表明,影响各动物头骨分化的变量主要包括D1(颅基长)、D2(腭长)、D4(眶间距)、D6(听泡长)、D7(听泡宽)、D11(下颌长)和D12(下颌全高)等.分析认为,食性和生活方式是导致哺乳动物头骨形态发生分化的主要原因.
Abstract:
In this research,we compared the skull morphology of six mammalian species based on allometry formula( Y = aXb ) to explore the causes resulting in skull difference. One-way ANOVA and subsequent multiple comparisonsindicated that one or more skull variables were significantly different among the seven mammalian species.Discriminant function analysis revealed that the variables significantly influencing skull morphology included D1( Basal length) ,D2 ( Median palatal length) ,D4 ( Least breadth between the orbits) ,D6 ( Length of tympanicbulla) ,D7 ( Breadth of tympanic bulla) ,D11 ( Total length) and D12 ( Oral height of the vertical ramus) . Ourresearch indicated that feeding habits and lifestyle will significantly shape mammalian skull morphology together.
